  1. 2 Tbsp. butter

  2. 1 1/2 C. celery, chopped

  3. 1 yellow onion, diced

  4. 2 cloves garlic, minced

  5. 1 tsp. paprika

  6. 1 tsp. garlic powder

  7. 1 tsp. onion powder

  8. 1 (32 oz.) Carton chicken broth

  9. 2 lbs. chicken breasts, cooked, shredded

  10. 1/2 C. ranch dressing

  11. 3/4 C. buffalo sauce

  12. 4 oz. cream cheese

  13. 2 C. shredded cheddar cheese

  14. 3 green onions, chopped


  1. In a large sauce pan or skillet melt butter on medium heat. Saute celery and onion until soft and onion is translucent. 3-4 minutes. Add garlic, saute another 1 minute.

  2. Season with paprika, garlic powder and onion powder. Cook until fragrant. Another minute or so. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.

  3. Add the buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, cream cheese and shredded cheese. Cook stirring occasionally until smooth and creamy

  4. Add shredded chicken.

  5. Top with more shredded cheese and green onions. And more buffalo sauce if desired.
